Omg!!! I finally found out the plan for 30 Days squirt challenge and 30 days crunches challenge.
I am a die heart Aprilathena7 fan and watch all her vlogs religiously . She talked about these challenges a few days back in her vlog and since then was really querous about it.
I finally goggled it and found three challenges - 30days squat, crunch and plank challenges.
I was so excited to start them ,but my mum ... she says I don't need them...
You guys no how mum's are..
Since Diwali I am eating a lot because of festival season, birthday parties and alllll that. I am among those people who once start eating can not stop then. Its either everything or nothing.
So either I don't eat chocolate , rice and sweets at all or I'll eat everything. In all these months I have gained some weight and my silly body gains weight mainly on stomach, which I HATE.
I want my flat stomach back at any given cost...
I gained weight once few years back when I was on medicines for my skin.Those bloody medicines made me 8 kg heavier and now again i have gained around 1-2 kg. I cant see myself like that again.
Anyway I'am starting it today I am quite sure about crunch and plank but don't no about squat.
I have some special occasion after a 40 days... Hope I get back in shape by then...
Have any of you tried it. Have you seen any positive results...
Please let me no if it is beneficial or not.
Have you guys thinking to start but just haven't for no reason then lets start it today together...
