Home Remedies to keep cool in summers

Hi Sweeties,

Though it has started to rain a buy but it's still so hot. I went out yesterday for lunch and shopping and it was too hot to even come out of the restaurant.
I have a home remedy to keep body cool in hot summer days.

It's perfect for people who don't drink a lot of water, like me.

All you need is Cardamom and water.

Now lets make it :
1) Take 2 cups of water and crushed cardamom to it. 
  
2) Bring this water to boil and sieve it.

3) Cool this cardamom water and drink it on regular intervals.

This cardamom water will keep your body and mind cool .
If you like you can have it hot like a tea as well , it is quite refreshing that way as well.

  14. oh, you always post some interesting recipes and tips, which I would love to try out! Unfortunately, such ingredient can hardly be found here in Russia, here we have only cardamom dust for cookery. I guess I can't use it to prepare such drink, right?
