Salt Treatment for Dandruff

Hi Sweeties,

In last one month I was super busy , had cousins over, was out all day shopping and stuff. Got no time to take care of my skin and hair. Now they are gone and I feel like a lost child :(
To cheer myself up I decided to pamper myself with some hair and skin home remedies. Two days back I shared Skin Benefits of Salt and how to use it , today I will share Home remedies for dandruff using salt and other hair benefits it has .

If you have dandruff you know how irritating it it , you always want to scratch your scalp and have a fear of having dandruff flakes on your clothes.

But why fear when this little ingredient from your kitchen can help you clear out scalp and wash off your dandruff easily. All you need is salt , preferable sea salt .

How to :

1) Take some salt and sprinkle it on your scalp.

2) Now with wet fingers massage your scalp for 10-15 min. This will remove all your dead skin flakes from scalp.

3) Wash off as you normally do , dry and you will notice the difference yourself.

( if you are not comfortable sprinkling salt directly then dissolve 3 tbsp water in a pan of warn water , cool it down and rinse scalp and hair with it . Though I like the sprinkling method more )

This is a really easy but very effective remedy .
If you don't want to use salt I have two more dandruff remedies, Home remedies for Dandruff and Home Remedies for Winter Dandruff , do check them out too.
