Talvar Movie Review

Hello Everybody,

Very rarely it happens that I come out of a movie with goose flesh and then it sticks to my mind in such a way that all I think of is what characters did, this is how it was when I walked out of Talvar, it's a great blend of emotions and reality.

Talvar is a movie that will push you to think on realities of the system and how a victim is traded and what his family has to go through in the process of getting justice which takes ages and is still unsure.

Talvar is a twisted tale of a family where a teenage girl is brutally murdered. The way case is handled by the police and how the investigation proceeds will shock you.
It's a story that spanned couple of years starting from the day of murder and covers how the murder mystery unfolded. It is very interesting to see how the people involved, the parents and the society takes on the murder and how things get complicated.

The vision of Meghna  Gulzar is so clear and crisp.All the actors did such a good job, all the characters managed to strike a cord and one can actually relate with the screen play. The story is narrated in a very natural way.

One character that really stood out was the investigating officer played by Irfan Khan.

The movie Talvar will keep you hooked and there is not even one moment where you feel its dragged. There are no forced songs which is great.
If you are a fan of murder mysteries that show the real side then Talvar is a must watch .
