No green tea at night- : Avoid green tea late in the evenings as it can interfere with your sleep pattern and can increase the stress.

Avoid green tea immediately after meals- Drinking green tea immediately after means can also dilute the gastric juices resulting in improper digestion.

Don't reuse tea bags- Wet tea bags are also prone to microbial infection. Also caffeine content in an already used tea bag is frightfully high.
