Staring by wishing everyone a very Happ New Year. May 2021 brings you everything you every wanted and more.

2020 has been the worst year in the history and we all are looking at 2021 with so much hope. Today I am discussing the top 10 things to do in 2021 to have a happy life and evolve as a person.

1. Let Go: This year learn to let go.One thing 2020 has thought that our plans don't work out some times but need to do let go and go by god's. It is ok if plan A and B don't work out, wc have to move forward and make plan C and D.

2. Be self-dependant: In most part of 2020 there was some kind of lockdown going on and we were forced to do everything on our own. For most of us it came as a shock but now, we must learn to be self-dependant, clean up our messes and do all that happily.

3. Pick up a Hobby: Rher than surfing the internet in your free time, pick up a hobby. Do things like gardening,playing , painting or cooking, just do something that makes you happy.

4. Learn More: When you learn you grow and when you grow, you understand your and others situation better so emphasise on learning, read more, watch doccumentries or do whatever kind of learning you prefer.

5. Spend time in nature: There is nothing like walking under open sky, on the green grass and sniffing the fresh crisp air. So go out the door, walk in a park and it will really clear up your mind.

6. Keep close ones closer: 2020 has taught us the value of our loved ones. It has told us there is nothing more important compared to a loving bond. So keep close ones closer, rather than messaging, call them and let them know that they are loved.

7. Be more emphatic: WIth so many tragedies in 202, lets make 2021 about helping people around us. It is not only about donation, sometimes talking to them nicely or serving a hot cup of tea or snacks can make someones day.

8. Be more Informed: This year, lets try to take care of the enviourment. With plastic polluting our oceans, land fills and almost everywhere and air quality being dropped to hazadeous , lets try to reduce some waste.

9. Be healthy and eat healthy: Now I do not mean loosing weight or just eating salad,I mean making sure our body is ok and is working well. Eat nutritious food and work on feeling strong.

10. Give Self care and mental health more importance : It high time, you must start giving importance your mental health and self care. Do something special for you and do not feel guilty about it. If you don't feel like working or are overwhelmed , take the day off. Just don't feel guilty.
