How to make Fruit Infused Water

Hey my lovelies,

So today I am going to share the recipe of my best friend for summers. Although I love hot beverages but when it gets really hot you gotto switch, but the drinks available in market are so full of calories .
Plus I am so silly that I forget to drink water, I don't no why may be I don't like the taste of plain water.
So I started making fruit infused water and my mum noticed that I am drinking a lot more water per day.

So to make this calorie free drink to beat the heat all you need is

1) Water: I use cold filtered water

2) Fruit: I am using watermelon and leechi

3) A container:I am using a glass bottle

how to make low cal drinks, which fruits can be used to make fruit infused water, which fruits can be used to make fruit water, which fruites can be used to make flovoured water, how to make healthy drink for summers, hoe to amke calorie free drink for summer, how to make fruit infused water at home, how to make fruit water at home, how to make flavored water at home, how to make watermelon water, how to make leechi water, how to make watermelon and leechi water

Lets start:

1) Deseed the fruit and cut it into medium sized pieces.

2) Put these pieces in the bottle, fill it a little less than half.( If you want to add mint then chop it and add at this point)

3)  Put the lid on and shake it well.

4) Shake it for 2 minutes so that the fruit partly broken and juices come out.

5) Now you will notice that the fruit will get squeezed.

6) Fill rest of the bottle with cold water and shake well .

7) Your fruit water is ready to drink

I  love how a bite of fruit comes while drinking.
Once water finishes I refill it once.

Some of the combination that I like are:

Watermelon and Mint
Cucumber , lemon and mint
Orange and mint
Lemon, Orange and Ginger
Cucumber ,Watermelon and Mint
Lemon and Ginger
Keenu, Lemon,Ginger and mint/cilantro
Strawberry  and Mint
Apple ,Carrot,Lemon and Ginger

These are some if the combinations that I have tries, but you can make it with anything you like and try different combos.

These drink are a good way to drink more water and eat fruit, especially for those people who don't like either one of them..
Its a really refreshing drink which is calorie free and will satisfy your desire to drink something cold without making you fat. I substitute it for water.

Hope this post is useful for you.
If you have any specific fruit infused water which you like then lemeno I  would live to try it out.
