Taandav-Movie Review

Hey Everybody,

All the the time talking about the police and how we have so many issues with them. But have you ever though about their lives !! Taandav gives a glimpse of Head Constable Tambe in a very natural and a little light way.

Taandav directed by Devashish Makhija is a shot film staring Manoj Bajpayee a Head Constable based in Mumbai who has too much on his plate. He is facing problem at every possible area of his life, his wife is not happy with him, friends at work feel betrayed and disappointed due to his honesty. Very patiently he takes it all in,puts on a brave face and carries out all his duties to the best of his capability.

So full of frustration , he once is given the overnight duty to keep check on Ganpati where people are dancing on loud music and dhools. Soon he gets very involved and starts imagining thing.
Best part is the way he uses Dance, or Taandav to relieve all his stress. He did something funny , something you can never imagine a on duty Head Constable would do. He found a fun way get rid of all his mental burden and just let go.

I am really shocked at how was director was able to fit in so much story in just 11 minutes without rushing through it. Manoj Bajpayee did a tremendous job, all his expression, body language was on point.
You know you enjoyed a movie when you have giggle while watching and cont stop thinking about it later. Taandav,is a full on entertainment ,do check it out.
