Hello Everybody,

I love hogging in food ! It is so difficult to cut back on calories by controlling portion size. For all the food lovers like me, here is a easy way to cut back on all those calories. There ate some low-calorie Food that keep you full for long !

Drink Milk- Milk snd milk based products like yogurt and cheese can really fill you up and also act as post workout recovery snack.
Hog on Watermelon- Watermelon is a combo of fiber and water to fill you up on fewer calories.Try to fill yourself up with watermelon in place of desert.
Eat grains- Eating brown rice and oats, fiber-packed meal that will help prevent overeating.
Drink Green Juice-green drinks are rich in vitamins and minerals, while providing feel-full fiber for very few calories .
Soup Always- Broth based soup with fiber-filled veggies to help you eat less and this save on calories !

These low-calorie foods not only makes one full for really long time but also save all the calories that you would have consumed !

  3. Though milkb is increasingly controversial. Many respected dieticians will say avoid milk (milk is for calves!) and I know many people who have cured long-term respiratory problems, PCOS etc by cutting out all dairy.

    Calories are not a measure of healthy food.
