A few days back I wrote about the symptoms spring summer allergies and how with some home remedies one can cute them. But there are some food that can prevent seasonal allergies and you can be saved from the pain of bearing any of the allergies.
Here are the Foods To Help Stop Seasonal Allergies :
1. Walnut and Flex seeds: Walnut and Flex seed contain omega-3 fatty acid. Flex-seeds also contain minerals. Eating a handful of nuts can help reduce allergic response.
2. Broccoli and Cabbage: Quercetin found in both of them help reduce inflammation associated with allergies.
3. Garlic- Garlic helps in preventing allergic reaction by blocking production of chemical that causes allergy. Eating garlic three times a week helps.
4. Yogurt- The bacteria and probiotics contained in yogurt reduce allergic reactions to pollens.
5. Turmeric- This spice is the king when it comes to anti-inflammatory properties.
Make these foods in your daily routine to strengthen your immune system . As the season changes try to consume atlest 2-3 off in your meals to avoid getting any seasonal allergies.
