Food From Goa-Novotel

So while I was packing my bags to take on Goa, I was expecting a lot of sub, sand and beaches but one thing that I thought I will have to struggle with is food! But out first step Novotel Goa Shrem Hotel and Novotel Resorts made sure that even vegetarians like me are well fed.

Goa is known for its beautiful beaches and sea food so I was a little scared that I might have to spend my time eating chips but I Novotel served us with some of the yummiest vegetarian dishes.

As I mentioned earlier, Novotel Goa Shrem hotel was our first stop. After waiting for our luggage for what felt like a zillion years we reached Novotel super hungry.

We were straight away taken to their signature restaurant - Square which offers small bites to full course meals through the day with 24 hrs In Room Dining service.
As we told chief that we are vegetarians, he arranged some special mouthwatering Goan dishes. Each one with distant flavors was presented in the most beautiful way!
I am a huge fan of Goan curry, Novotel served us with this amazing curry-rice, I would totally recommend giving it a shot. Another favorite was these corn patties served on little bun 👌🏻
And I am telling you, fresh coconut ice-cream is something you can't skip!
You might not find all this in their menu, but just ask the chief and he will be more than happy to serve !

Next day while chilling at Novotel Resort & Spa, we decided to grab some dinner at their restaurant ‘La Brise’ which is equipped with a lovely sundeck, it totally was dinner with a view!
Dumplings and rocket salad totally made my taste buds dance!

If you are the kind of person who appreciates good food in the lap of nature, La Brise is the place for you!
